"This guy Joe is insane, stupid how a simple conversation turned into a weird one, and my insurance went up 230 to 300. Reason is there is an increase in the area. Makes zero sense and yes I will entertain progressive’s 209/ m. Y’all have zero respect for your clients."

"Thank you for your call today Richard. The rates for auto insurance nationally have increased for all providers and many are on a 14-20 day hold on all new auto insurance policies. It is a very interesting time in the auto insurance marketplace not just in New York but frankly everywhere. Many providers are even turning away new auto insurance business all together. As I was stating before the call dropped we cannot stop you from shopping and looking for a lower policy but please ensure you are receiving the proper coverages so that you are taken care of correctly. As it sounds like you are going to switch please text, to the same number you called, a copy of your new ID cards so that we can cancel your policies with the proper cancellation date and more importantly as this is the SOP required by my underwriting partners. Once again thank you and have a good day. "
